Concrete Bricks

Concrete bricks are manufactured using aggregates, cement water and lasting colour pigments giving them strength, durability and consistent performance. Available as facing, common and engineering bricks, they offer solutions for housebuilders, builders merchants, contractors and groundworkers.

Concrete bricks offer a sustainable and cost-effective alternative to clay, with low  embodied carbon, consistent dimensions and excellent durability. They also provide lasting  colour consistency, and are available on short  lead times with certainty of supply throughout the contraction cycle.

A facing brick provides building aesthetics and is designed to be visible, combining structural performance with an attractive finish, colour and texture. A common brick is used where the brick will not normally be seen, such as below ground, internal walls or areas that will be rendered or plastered, while an engineering brick is designed for demanding applications requiring higher strength and lower water absorption.
