Help & Guidance
If you have purchased Brett Landscaping product from a Brett Approved Installer, your contract for the supply of materials is with that contractor and not with Brett Landscaping.
Should you encounter any challenges or issues regarding the product you acquired through your Brett Approved Installer, we encourage you to reach out to them to raise the matter, and we will work with them to provide a satisfactory solution.
While we may not be directly responsible for the contractual arrangements, and have no liability in relation to any contracts entered with the contractor, we genuinely care about resolving any issues you may face and therefore, if you cannot get hold of your installer for any reason, please contact us directly on 0345 60 80 577 to discuss your query.
