Adam brings extensive commercial and leadership experience after having held a number of Managing Director roles throughout his career. Being in commercial roles since 1990, he has built a strong network and deep expertise within the building materials industry.

Since his appointment in January 2026, he is focused on leading the business back to profitability while ensuring every employee remains safe and every customer has a positive experience - a simple but powerful combination.

Outside of work, he is a keen runner and, being from Leicester, a loyal supporter of Leicester City and Leicester Tigers.

Mark Barter is the Commercial Sales Director at Brett Landscaping, where he has led the commercial sales team for the past four years.

With nearly 40 years of experience in the construction industry, he brings deep expertise and a strong passion for hard landscaping products. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the commercial sales function, collaborating closely with key supply chain partners, and driving the success of Brett Landscaping’s high-quality paving and market-leading kerb product ranges.

His commitment to excellence and pride in transforming landscapes across sectors are at the heart of his professional approach.

Neil has been with the business for 16 years and is accountable for all operational activities across the company, including financial performance, strategic planning, and the leadership of functions such as Health & Safety, Production Planning, Technical, Quality, Sustainability and operations at all four manufacturing plants.

With over 30 years in the industry, Neil began his career working on a large granite quarry and spent 14 years with another leading landscape and building materials company. His strong technical background, combined with expertise in continuous improvement and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, supports Brett’s drive for operational excellence.

Outside of work, Neil enjoys cycling and running, activities that give him space for quiet thinking and reflection.

Robyn has been with the business for three years. She works closely with landscape architects, architects, local authorities, and engineers to create detailed specifications for hard landscaping, specialist kerbs, and facing bricks in commercial and public realm developments.

With 13 years of experience in the construction industry, Robyn brings a strong technical understanding and a collaborative approach. She previously specialised in paving specifications within Tree Root Protection areas, giving her a solid foundation in balancing design with environmental sensitivity.

Outside of work, Robyn enjoys the outdoors and staying active. She’s a member of a women’s running club and spends her free time with her husband, children, and dog, or at the gym!

Lee is the Site Manager at Cliffe Works and has been with Brett Landscaping for an impressive 33 years. He is responsible for overseeing the site’s manufacturing operations, ensuring employee safety, delivering high-quality products, and maintaining efficiency within agreed budgets.

Having worked his way up from Operative to Site Manager, he has hands-on experience across every department on site. His deep understanding of operations, built over decades, plays a key role in the site’s day-to-day success and long-term performance.

Outside of work, he’s a big music fan - especially old-school hip-hop and R&B - and a passionate football supporter with a season ticket for West Ham United.
