Alpha Block Paving
With a distressed, aged look that’s in keeping with most surroundings, it isn’t surprising that Alpha is one of our most popular paving styles. Alpha is available in three single-size packs and a mixed-size TRIO pack**. A TRIO pack contains three sizes of block in one pack for maximum design flexibility while reducing the number of packs required, helping to minimise waste on smaller paving projects.
Alpha is available in 60mm and 80mm thicknesses for commercial applications and is traditionally installed as a stretcher pattern for light trafficking applications such as car parks, driveways, and retail footpaths. However, for heavy-duty applications, other patterns, such as herringbone, are recommended for their interlocking, robust design.
Brett Alpha 80mm is also available in a mixed cluster Machine Lay pack. Our Machine Lay offer is a method of packing our most popular commercial block paving products to allow them to be installed by machine directly from the pack. This method of installation increases the speed of installation and aids in reducing Health & Safety issues by removing manual handling. These packs are made-to-order items.
