Allowing the building below to breathe through ventilation systems, operate thanks to solar panels, and communicate via telecoms masts, they provide a functional, behind-the-scenes area which makes the most of the space available without impacting on the usable floors below.

Dreen® Fixed Plate Pedestal

Used throughout Europe for more than 40 years, the height adjustable Dreen^® Fixed Plate Pedestal system is a cost-effective and robust solution for the creation of paved rooftop spaces.  Because the flags’ corners interlock, horizontal movement is eliminated while enabling sufficient water drainage, and the system combines low weight with a high load-bearing capacity, making it ideal for utility spaces.

Dreen® Paving

Forming this space’s paved area, Dreen^® slabs have been specifically manufactured for use with rooftop pedestals. The inclusion of unique lugs on the slabs’ undersides allows them to be locked in place on Dreen^® Fixed Plate Pedestals, however they can still easily be removed for access when required.
