Small Works Building

Small Works Building was established in 2004 initially to accommodate requests from clients requiring the same degree of professionalism and reputation for quality service from our well-respected team in terms of smaller building projects.  The department has since exceeded expectations developing a strong client base of Local Authorities, County Councils, Schools, Health Trusts and Housing Associations and becoming a successful and fundamental component of our ‘Total Construction Service’.

 

The department handles all building works in value of £0 - £250,000 delivering expertise and knowledge to assist in every aspect of enquiries for both short and long-term contracts including planned maintenance works, general repairs, internal and external refurbishments, new build and extensions.
